Our client is relatively new in the market but the directors have outstanding track records in top advertising agencies. This however is not a traditional agency, rather a strategically driven consultancy which is focussed on communications which reach customers at all points of the purchase process. Traditional advertising, digital communications, POS marketing, internal company communications are all involved, but the structure of the consultancy and many of the techniques used are new to the Czech market (but already proven in bigger Western markets). It is not a traditional advertising agency, and as such does not have to compete in the ever more chaotic environment of tenders in that sector.
Our client is looking for people who meet very specific criteria:
1. You have worked at senior account manager level in a top communications agency. By "top" we mean network agencies or the very few national agencies which compete effectively with national agencies. However the discipline is less important; ATL, media, BTL, DM, all could be relevant.
2. If you also have experience on the client side in a marcomms role, so much the better.
3. You are comfortable both in building relationships and developing strategy with the most senior clients, and in ensuring that all their sub-ordinates feel that the agency serves them effectively.
4. Fluency in the Czech language is a given, as is 'very good' English
